  • DOT and MC registration and compliance consulting.

  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring.

  • Driver Qualification File (DQF) management.

  • Roadside inspection review and DataQ challenges.

No Legal Advice / Attorney-Client Relationship

FleetPoint LLC is not a law firm. Therefore, the following apply:

  • The information provided on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

  • Using our Services or submitting a ticket does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and FleetPoint LLC.

The “Double Refund” Guarantee

We offer a guarantee for specific ticket resolution cases that we accept.

Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to cases where FleetPoint LLC explicitly confirms acceptance in writing and the user has paid the required fee in full.

Terms: If we accept your case and are unable to deliver a resolution (as defined in your specific service agreement), we will refund double the amount paid to FleetPoint LLC for that specific service.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply if the user provides false information, fails to appear in court when required, or fails to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your driving record, citations, and company status.

  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information or the status of your legal matters.

  • Comply with all applicable Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and state laws.

  • Acknowledge that legal outcomes ultimately depend upon the courts and the facts of each case.

Fees and Payment

Pricing: Service fees are outlined in our pricing packages or provided through a custom quote.

Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize FleetPoint LLC to charge the applicable fees for the Services you select.

Third-Party Costs: Court fines, filing fees, government fees, and similar third-party costs remain your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your requested Services at any time by contacting us at info@fleetpointsafety.com.

For subscription-based Services, cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

For one-time Services, cancellations requested after work has commenced may not be eligible for a full refund. Any refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Communications and SMS Consent

FleetPoint LLC may communicate with you by email, telephone, and SMS/text message regarding your requested Services.

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number through our website, online forms, or other authorized communication channels and expressly opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from FleetPoint LLC regarding:

  • Requests for documentation.

  • Appointment and court reminders.

  • Compliance notifications.

  • Account-related communications.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Compliance and Audits

If you use our Mock Audit or Weekly Safety Services, you acknowledge that FleetPoint LLC provides recommendations based on current FMCSA standards.

We do not guarantee that a carrier will successfully pass an official DOT audit, as ongoing compliance remains the responsibility of the motor carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FleetPoint LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services, including loss of driving privileges, increased insurance premiums, regulatory penalties, or business losses.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of FleetPoint LLC or its licensors and is protected under United States and international intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
