    FleetPoint LLC is not a law firm. Therefore, the following apply:

Using our Services or submitting a ticket does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and FleetPoint LLC.

  1. The “Double Refund” Guarantee

    We offer a guarantee for specific ticket resolution cases that we accept.

Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to cases where FleetPoint LLC explicitly confirms acceptance in writing and the user has paid the required fee in full.

Terms: If we accept your case and are unable to deliver a resolution (as defined in your specific service agreement), we will refund double the amount paid to FleetPoint LLC for that specific service.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply if the user provides false information, fails to appear in court when required, or fails to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

  1. User Responsibilities

    As a user of our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your driving record, citations, and company status.

Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information or the status of your legal cases.

Comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and state laws.

Acknowledge that final legal outcomes depend on court decisions and the specific facts of your case.

  1. Fees and Payment

    Pricing: Service fees are outlined in our pricing packages or provided via custom quote.

    Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified fees for the selected Services.

    Third-Party Costs: You are responsible for any court fines, filing fees, or penalties imposed by regulatory bodies or courts, which are separate from FleetPoint LLC service fees.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your requested services at any time by contacting us at info@fleetpointsafety.com. For continuous or subscription-based services, cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. For one-time services (such as ticket resolution or DOT/MC setup), cancellations made after work has commenced may not be fully refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and the specific terms of your service agreement.

  3. Communication & SMS Consent

    By using our Site and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including SMS/text messages, regarding:

Case updates and assessments.

Reminders for documentation or court dates.

Promotional offers (which you may opt-out of at any time).

Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out by texting “STOP”.

  1. Compliance and Audits

    If you utilize our Mock Audit or Weekly Safety Services, you acknowledge that FleetPoint LLC provides recommendations based on current FMCSA standards. We do not guarantee that a carrier will pass an official DOT audit, as compliance is the ongoing responsibility of the motor carrier and its management.

  2. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetPoint LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to loss of driving privileges, increased insurance premiums, or carrier fines.

  3. Intellectual Property

    All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FleetPoint LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

  4. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  5. Changes to Terms
